Deposit Registration

For all Managed properties, we will register the deposit with The Deposit Protection Scheme. If you’re using our Find a Tenant Only service, we will transfer the deposit to you so you can register it with your preferred scheme.

Right Tenant

We will find a tenant for your property, and to ensure they’re the right fit, we follow a thorough process. This includes comprehensive referencing checks conducted by a specialist referencing company. Our approach is straightforward: we only place tenants on your property whom we would feel comfortable having on our own.

Tenancy Agreement

Our standard tenancy agreement is drafted in line with the latest legislation, and we can include custom clauses tailored to your property and any specific requirements you may have.
